This is a Piaggio moped, the model is called Ciao. They are incredibly popular in Italy and all the spares can be found on both Amazon and eBay.
This moped was purchased in 1999 in Italy, it was then stored and never used until 2018 when it was imported and registered in the UK. It has covered just over 200 miles from new. One previous owner.
The Ciao benefits from a new Olympia big bore piston and cylinder unit, new Giannelli Fire exhaust, new grips, good tyres and a few more little extras. It is virtually immaculate. You won’t find another one in this condition on the UK. This is the fastest Ciao in Barnstaple (probably due to the fact that it’s the only one 🤣).
The Ciao can be used both as a moped or as a bicycle with a push of a button. This is a private sale through Alex Buckingham Motorcycles. These mopeds go for 2000 pounds plus in the UK if you are lucky enough to find one in this condition. I will put a fresh MOT when it sells. £1599
